Our services are carried out under the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX).
1. Who we are

2. Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX)
All our activities, offers, quotes, and agreements are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), as drawn up by FENEX, in their latest version. These conditions have been filed with the registries of the courts in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Breda.
Under these conditions our liability is limited as set out in the conditions. The conditions also contain provisions on, among other things, quotes, performance, payment, claims, and the applicable law and competent court.
The Dutch Forwarding Conditions are available at fenex.nl. A copy is sent free of charge on request: email info@fmmfreight.nl.
3. Quotes
You receive a written quote before we start a job. The quote states the scope of services and the rate. Payment terms are agreed per customer and are stated in the quote. Where a quote and these terms differ, the quote applies for the specific job, within the limits of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions.
4. Insurance
Cargo insurance is not included automatically. If you want your goods insured, tell us the value of your goods in your request so we can discuss the options with you.
5. Website
